The United States is reaching out to its partners, as well. And together, the steps that we and other members of the international community can take will contribute to a durable cease-fire." Full Text FY 2008 Citizens’ Report Is Released The Citizens’ Report is a summary of performance and financial results for fiscal year 2008. The report presents to the reader the Department’s highest priorities in the conduct of U.S. foreign policy, and strengths and challenges in implementing programs that pursue our country’s foreign policy agenda. A counterpart to the Citizens’ Report is a podcast message from the Under Secretary for Management discussing how the State Department carries out its diplomatic mission. U.S., U.A.E.
